3.1 Age Requirement. The 777vx Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 3.2 Age Verification. 777vx reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. 3.5 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one 777vx Account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. 777vx employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts, which will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
3.6 Account for Personal Use. Your 777vx Account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise permit any third party to use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 777vx will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify 777vx support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of or access to your account. 777vx reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected pending investigation.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 777vx Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Pending Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
4.4 Account Closure by 777vx. 777vx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or provision of false registration information.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. 777vx may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule disclosed on the Platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
5.1 Deposit Methods. 777vx accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT/cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Available deposit methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Currency. All transactions on the 777vx Platform for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777vx does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available to verified Players at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 1,000; (d) absence of any pending fraud investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Timeframes. 777vx targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes in the majority of cases; bank transfer — same business day to 3 business days. 5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted. Any such deposits detected will be returned to the originating source and the account will be reviewed for compliance.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made by 777vx are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms disclosed for each individual offer at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered the specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements apply to Bonus Funds only unless otherwise specified. Real Money Funds deposited concurrently with Bonus Funds will be wagered first unless the player selects otherwise.
6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. 6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified for each offer will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account. No extension of bonus validity periods will be granted.

6.6 Right to Withdraw Offers. 777vx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to respecting any commitments already made to individual Players in respect of offers already accepted and partially satisfied.
7.1 All sports bets placed on the 777vx Platform are subject to the 777vx Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, basketball, and all other covered sports — are governed by the rules applicable to that sport as interpreted by 777vx.
7.2 777vx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error, including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds; or situations where bets were accepted on events that had already been determined at the time of placement.
7.3 In-play bets are accepted at 777vx's discretion and are subject to market suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed during a period of market suspension that were nonetheless recorded in the system due to technical delay may be voided at 777vx's sole discretion.
7.4 Cricket-Specific Rules. For PSL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Test match, and ODI cricket markets: (a) if a match is abandoned or not completed due to weather or other external factors and a minimum number of overs (as specified per market) have not been bowled, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned; (b) the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result, where applied, is accepted as the official result for settlement purposes; (c) Super Over results are included in match result markets unless otherwise specified.
7.5 Maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. 777vx reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual Players at its sole discretion without prior notice.
8.1 All casino games available on the 777vx Platform use Random Number Generators (RNGs) certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and not influenced by any party, including 777vx.
8.2 In the event of a game malfunction — including network interruption, software error, or hardware failure — the round in question will be treated as void and stakes returned to the Player's account. No claims will be accepted based on game malfunctions or incomplete rounds.
8.3 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term statistical return of each game, as independently verified and certified. RTPs are not a guarantee of individual session results and do not represent the expected return on any specific session or wager.
8.4 Live dealer games are subject to the same general rules applicable to their RNG equivalents, with the following additions: (a) the decision of the live dealer is final in all matters of game procedure; (b) where a miscommunication between the Player and system results in an unintended action during a live game, the recorded outcome will stand.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777vx Platform. Violation of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

13.1 777vx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 777vx will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law, required by our licensing obligations, or necessary to provide Platform services (including to payment processors and game providers).
13.3 777vx implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.
14.1 777vx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 777vx will notify registered Players by email to their registered address and will post a notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately without specific Player notification.
14.2 The version of these Terms currently published on the 777vx Platform at any given time is the operative version governing your use of the Platform. Previous versions of these Terms are superseded upon publication of any amendment.
14.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16.1 Players who wish to raise a formal complaint about any aspect of 777vx's services must first contact the 777vx support team by live chat or email, providing full details of the complaint including the relevant account information, dates, and supporting evidence.
16.2 777vx targets an initial response to all formal complaints within 24 hours and a substantive resolution within 7 working days of receipt. Complex complaints requiring investigation may take longer; in such cases, 777vx will provide an interim response within 7 working days and a final determination within 28 working days.
